After 5 amazing, enriching and also challenging years in Cookham, Unwind Yoga Studio has closed its physical space.

I am so proud of this community. We have led 100s and 100s of students to yoga, as beginners or people that re-captured their love of yoga. It's been a privilege and it is with sadness that the studio ceases to be a space for movement, breathing and just being.

One of our students summarised the big emotions perfectly:

"I have gained so much from my time at Unwind - the studio is such a beautiful concept and a pleasure to be part of. This wasn’t the right time for it to prosper.
I literally enjoy the greater resilience, calm, strength, and flexibility that now adds lots to my life. I get to keep all of that - thank you."
